Carvana is such a scam, I do not recommend getting a car from them.
I dropped my car off at one of their vending machines, and I was able to on my phone within minutes.
I wonder if it’s just too late to change it, or if the person who helped you didn’t know that was an option…
either way that’s super frustrating..
